Anch Pasta traces its origin back to Turchi e italiani: Una faccia, una razza” (“Turks and Italians: A face, a race”). Our finest ready to cook pastas are made from ingredients sourced from pan Mediterranea, for the world to taste the traditional flavours of Pasta from the land of its origin.
Anch Pasta factory is based in Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai, UAE. The company established in year 2020 with a production capacity of 700 kg per hour. Flavored short cut pasta products will be produced and distributed in GCC.

DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA
Durum wheat semolina is the most common type of wheat used to make pasta because it gives pasta its characteristic firm texture and ability to hold its shape when cooked. Durum wheat is also a very hard variety of wheat, which means it can withstand the high-energy process of being ground into semolina flour without losing its nutritional value. It has higher protein content than other wheat varieties.
Pasta is a combination of proteins and carbohydrates and these two components react in opposite ways during the boiling process. Carbohydrates tend to escape and soften, causing the pasta to break and change the water colour, while proteins act as a structural mesh to contain the softening process and maintain the pasta’s shape and firmness.
Pasta made with durum wheat semolina has a yellow colour and it’s more resistant to overcooking, sticking and breaking, making it a more durable and consistent product than other types of pasta.
Semolina is stored in Temperature controlled environment to avoid pest infestations and our storage is regularly fumigated to maintain quality standards.
